You're such a good baby!

Dear Baby Daffern,

You are starting off pretty easy for Mommy! I know it's still a little early to tell but I've been feeling great lately! No morning sickness, no nausea (unless you get hungry), a little back pain, not too tired, and best of all....I'm not a crazy emotional wreck (yet) so your Daddy is pretty happy about that.

I am currently 8 weeks along and I think I'm getting a little belly but I could just be bloated or eating too many Christmas treats ;) Here are a few photos that I took to track my pregnancy and to show you when you get old enough to care about that kind of stuff! If you're a girl I'm sure you will care....but if you're a boy I doubt you'll ever care but I'll make you look at them anyways.

REAL Due Date - 7.31.13

Dear Baby Daffern,

We finally got to see you!!! Kinda. On 12.5.12 we went to our very first doctor appointment thinking that I was about 8 weeks along and hoping that we would get to see and you hear your tiny little heartbeat. I barely slept the night before, I was like a kid waiting for Christmas morning...only a thousand times more anxious! When we finally went in to see the doctor the next morning and she "went in" to see you we learned that you were a little smaller than we thought. I was only 6 weeks along because I guess I have a 35 day cycle instead of the average 28 day. While I was mildly disappointed that it was too soon to hear your heartbeat your daddy and I got to see you in my belly and see a little red flicker that is your HEART! It was so unreal! :D The doctor said so far everything looks good and you are due on 7.31.13!! We can't wait!!!
